• Service Call Fee: A service call fee may apply for dispatching a technician to your location. This fee is payable regardless of whether the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as indicated by our technicians.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made after a technician has already been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee or the full service call fee.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Houston Key Rescue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
